Roseland, NJ housing market

Thought I’d share a quick snapshot of the Roseland, NJ housing market.

Overall in NJ the market has improved in the past few years but we continue to see variation from market to market in performance. Take as an example the data for SFRs in Roseland, NJ in Essex County.

The blue line is the highest priced closed sale transaction on an annual basis, the orange bar is the lowest and green is where the median price each year lies.

While, anecdotal feedback from Realtors in the area is very positive, these stats are not currently backing that up. Seems very much like a rangebound stable market at this time.
